SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is FREE.
Shipping is carried out by way of a courier chosen by Lelli Kelly SpA. The courier makes the deliveries every working day. The courier used by Lelli Kelly SpA does not call in advance or take requests for shipments at specific times.
Products that are available for purchase, subject to confirmation of the actual stock availability, are shipped in 1-2 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the Order. Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery times from the shipping date:
Italy: 1-2 working days depending on the destination
Europe: 2-5 working days depending on the destination
USA: 2-6 working days depending on the destination
Canada: 2-6 working days depending on the destination
South America: 3-7 working days depending on the destination
Asia and Middle East: 3-7 working days depending on the destination
Africa: 3-7 working days depending on the destination
Australia and Oceania: 5-8 working days depending on the destination
During sales or promotions, shipments may require longer than standard delivery times. During Christmas time, Customers have to order by December 15th in order to receive their Order before Christmas.
The day the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email from Lelli Kelly SpA with the shipping confirmation and an email from the courier with the tracking number and the expected delivery date and time.
If the shipment is not delivered within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the confirmation email, the Customer is asked to communicate this issue to Lelli Kelly SpA by email at email@example.com or by calling +39 0583 4311.
Lelli Kelly SpA cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by force majeure events and circumstances beyond the control of Lelli Kelly SpA, including – but not limited to – strikes, measures taken by public authorities, custom controls, rationing or shortages of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, adverse weather conditions and/or natural disasters (fires, storms, floods, etc.)
Upon delivery of the Order by the courier, the Customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the goods. Lelli Kelly SpA products are carefully packed in Lelli Kelly packages, which are sealed with Lelli Kelly adhesive tape.
If the packaging appears to have been tampered with in any way or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is asked to note their concerns when signing the receipt or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery is accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and to contact Lelli Kelly SpA by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the packaging and/or the Products inside are damaged or if a Product listed on the delivery note is missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any claims related to tampering, damage, missing Pruducts or deliveries to the wrong address must reach Lelli Kelly SpA within a maximum of 5 (five) working days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
Customers who place an Order on www.lellikellymood.com website have established a business relationship with Lelli Kelly SpA and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their Order. If the Order is not delivered for reasons that can be attributed to the Customer (wrong/incomplete address, recipient always absent and impossible to contact, wrong telephone number, etc.) or if the Customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
